Sales & Promotion Restrictions

General Restrictions

• All promotions do not apply to wholesale accounts
• Percent and dollar off coupons may exclude certain products and brands depending on the promotion
• Any giveaways including gift certificates, credits, or products are limit one order per household and/or customer
• Promotions requiring a minimum dollar amount spent with the purchase do not include tax, shipping charges, gift certificates or similar charges, and is based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied
• Discounts do not apply to gift certificates
• Returns will adjust discounts or promotions on orders accordingly and does include voiding the promotion with order if applicable
• Expired promotions will not apply to any new orders
• New and/or current promotions cannot be applied to past orders
• Entire order must be shipped to one address
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice
• All promotions expire at 11:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on date specified
• Promotional giveaway for gift certificates and credits can only be used for future purchase

Coupon Code Restrictions

• Coupon codes cannot be combined or stacked. Limit of one coupon code per transaction
  
• Coupon codes do not apply to discounts already available on Business PRO-Gram and/or Dealer PRO-Gram accounts
• Coupon codes do not apply to the following offerings:
• Wholesale Items / Cases
• Clearance items
• "On Sale" or "Special Deal" items as noted
• Doorbusters
• Additional Offerings at Our Discretion
• Coupon codes do not apply to items shipping directly from the manufacturer
• Coupon codes may require a minimum order that does not include taxes, shipping, and handling charges or similar charges, and is based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied
• Coupon codes need to be redeemed during check out
• We reserve the right to limit coupon code usage

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping promotions only apply to 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories
• Shipping promotions must be shipped to the same address
• All shipping requires a coupon code and minimum order unless otherwise stated
• Minimum order requirements do not include taxes, shipping charges, or similar charges, and is based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied
• Shipping and delivery time guarantees are not valid for out of stock items or items shipping directly from the manufacturer
• Shipping promotions do not apply to any items shipping directly from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated
